About Full Moon Meditations

For the past decade, man has embarked on new dimensions of awareness and different levels of consciousness. One of these areas of interest is meditation. The Science and Art of Meditation is becoming a more common and acceptable practice throughout the whole world. Meditation is viewed as something positive, something relaxing and a means to achieve inner peace and inner stillness. Many Pranic Healing centers and groups around the world have recognized the value of group meditation including Full Moon Meditations. These Full Moon Meditation Groups are usually open to the public and anyone who is interested in experiencing group meditations. Monthly Full Moon Group Meditation has been a public service of The Center for Pranic Healing since 1994.
